On 1 July 2026, Hon Secretary Kenny Lim and Member Joyce Foo represented the association in attending the SAF Combined Rededication Ceremony 2026.
The association had nominated Hon Secretary Kenny Lim to be invited on stage to receive a Certificate of Appreciation from the Officiating Minister, Mr Chan Chun Sing (Coordinating Minister for Public Services & Minister for Defence)

On 24 June 2026, the Association held its Networking Dinner at Yan Palace Restaurant, with 50 members from 25 companies in attendance.
Mr Fang Xiang presented Archtech Engineering Pte Ltd’s portfolio during the dinner followed by another presentation by SBMSA’s Welfare Officer Lui Chuian Feng, sharing the date of the next IT Solutions Course session.

On 19 June 2026, Immediate Past President Ng Soy Ng, First Vice President George Tan, Vice President Colin Lim and Member Timothy Ong represented SBMSA as a flight for SCCCI’s 120th Anniversary Golf Tournament. The Guest of Honour was Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Trade and Industry Mr Gan Kim Yong and the Special Guest at the dinner was Speaker of Parliament Mr Seah Kian Peng.   

On 16 June 2026, President Lim, Vice President Ng Swan Meen, Vice President Li Jianfu and Member Joyce Foo, represented the Association in attending the 1st 6TA session of 2026 hosted by the Singapore Metal & Machinery Association.
